Typically, the windows we replace are the originals, put in when the house was built. Sometimes they're an earlier round of lower-quality replacements that started to fail or were installed improperly. Either way, the warning signs look a lot alike:

When you say yes, your windows get ordered, and Jared lets you know once the manufacturer confirms they're scheduled to be made. Custom windows typically take 5 to 8 weeks. While you wait, Jared checks in weekly, even when the only news is that everything is still going smoothly.

Once your windows arrive, we schedule your installation date. You'll get a text the day before your installation, and often another shortly before we arrive. Installation usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on how many windows you're replacing, and it's typically closer to two.
